Westinghouse has my TV


I sent a broken TV to Westinghouse using the RMA they provided. The TV was under warranty. That was last year in October. They said they would replace it. I've not heard anything in three months. When I call to ask the status, I'm told the department I need to talk to is busy and someone will call me back. No one has ever returned my call. I've called at least twelve times. I've also sent several e-mails. All have gone unanswered. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with, bar none! Not only have I been without my TV for three months, no one will give me the status of my case. Case # is EU59596. Will someone at Westinghouse please contact me to advise the status of my TV and let me know when I can expect a replacement, as promised?

The phone is answered by another department. They say when customer service is busy, the phone automatically forwards to their department. When I first asked to hold, they said there was no way to transfer me back to customer service and even if they could, the phone call would just be forwarded right back to them.
Since this happens every time I call, it sounds like SOP. I just can't figure out what their game plan is. They say someone will call me back, but no one has ever returned any of my calls and after sending them several e-mails and they all go unanswered, I just don't get it. How hard is it to hit reply and send an e-mail saying "Here is the status of your TV"? This started last year in October. What do I have to do to get my TV back???

Sounds like something fishy going on and that's why they said that dept is busy, I would have said I'll wait on hold. Try that next time.
