Westinghouse Digital 46" LED TV broken


I bought the TV in January 2012. Five months later the TV died so I returned the TV to the repair center. Contacted the repair center in October to see the status of repair was told that the 46" sets were on back order. So I was offered smaller TV(s). I declined and asked for a refund. Sent proof of purchase on October 25th was told that I should be receiving my refund check between December 14-28. Called on December 27th asked to speak to a supervisor and found out the customer rep I spoke didn't submit my proof of purchase until in December. I asked why was that, no explanation. Supervisor stated that refund checks are sent in batches and go out every Friday. So he stated my check would be mailed on January 11th 2013. Didn't receive check called on January 17th customer rep told me that he couldn't see when my checked was scheduled to go out. Ask to speak with a supervisor none were available, however would forward my case and I will receive a call. Never received a call, called the supervisor I spoke to before and left a voice mail message and also sent email. Two days later I received a call from the supervisor, he stated he was working on my case and he would call me back that evening. Didn't receive a call that evening, so I called back the next day and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. The same supervisor I was waiting to return my call picked up the line placed me on hold for about 13 minutes. He came back to the line and stated my check is cut and scheduled to go out today January 18th @ 4:00. I asked him why my date was changed from January 11th. He gave me the same excuse he gave me when I talked to him on December 27th, a check in the batch was wrong and when that occurs it delays every other check in that batch. When I called the call center I was hung up on, placed on hold for 30 mins and longer, lied to, some of the reps. had attitudes and I was given the runaround. I will NEVER buy another Westinghouse Digital product. There customer service is unacceptable!
