We bought a Westinghouse LED 47" TV and thought we had gotten a great deal. 6 months later the picture went out so we contacted customer service/warranty department. We were told that the parts were not available and that our tv was on backorder. 30 days later I called back to find out that it was still on back order and that they had NO televisions to replace it with( No call back to notify me of this issue either). They advised us that they were willing to give us a full refund for our purchase as long as we provide them with the original sales receipt. I had to ship the tv back to them, they paid shipping but I had to come up with packaging (not easy with a 47" tv) and if any damage was caused in the process, I would be liable. Since my initial contact with them, it has been 5 months and I still have not gotten my refund. They are trying to not include sales tax on my refund and since I fought that, they say it will be another 4-6 weeks before I receive my refund. Westinghouse has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with . Their policies are ridiculous and I feel they are out to scam people. Had I not been diligent about following up with them, I don't think they ever would have issued me a refund. Hopefully I will one day see my money, even if it is 6-7 months after the process began... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Sooooo! Trueee! We got a 32LED and the image went off two weeks after the warranty expired. We been calling for two weeks the 1800-701-0680 and it is always busy. Wrote on the webpage and nothing! Its incredible how bad this company is! So shame that is an American Company! .... that is why poeple end up buying from other countries! Shame on you Westinghouse!
